Q.  If I am an existing client of a member salon/spa, can I use a Savings Card or Gift Certificate for Less?

A.  You may use either a Savings Card or Gift Certificate for Less for Services that are new to you at the member salon/spa. Example, if you are already receiving haircuts and manicures at that salon/spa, you cannot use a Savings Card or Gift Certificate for Less for a haircut or manicure. Our program is a GREAT way for you to experience something NEW.

 

Q.  Do all salons off both Savings Cards and Gift Certificate for Less?

A.  No. Some do both, Savings Card and Gift Certificate for Less. While some only do Savings Card or Gift Certificate for Less.

 

Q.  Do I have to use all my Savings Card Promotions in one visit?

A.  No. You can use one or more at a time over a 12-month period, until all new to you savings have been redeemed. Most salons limit you to two to three services in one day. Please read salon policies carefully.

 

Q.  When I purchase a Savings Card or Gift Certificate for Less, can I use it at any member salon?

A.  Savings Cards and Gift Certificates for Less are salon specific. You select your salon/spa and enjoy great savings at that location.

 

Q.  Can I purchase multiple Savings Cards or Gift Certificates for Less as Gifts?

A.  Absolutely. A gift of beauty is always welcomed! The only requirement is that the Savings Card or Gift Certificate for Less holder uses it only for services new to them at that particular salon/spa. Please see our answer to Question 2.
